Spring is Here!

Wow! Spring is here, and it has been months since I wrote anything. I have been busy though volunteer tutoring at Daggett Elem. My daughter and I went to Bead Fest in Santa Fe, NM where I found out about altitude sickness. It doesn't help when you have asthma and many allergies. Praise the Lord I survived! When we got back to Fort Worth, I was breathing easier but had Bronchitis. A few weeks ago Tony and I went camping with my son and his family. We went to Devil's Den and had a great time. Course my idea of camping is being in our RV. Todd, Victoria, Elizabeth and Shelbie camped in style in a tent. We did cook out on a fire and even made the graham crackers, marshmellows, and hersheys chocolate candy bar. I forgot how good they are. We are planning on camping at least once each month. We got lots of exercise by going hiking. Which brings me to my next point. I am going to start walking every other day, and being more careful about my diet. I got some White Tea that is suppose to help you - lots of antioxidents. So we shall see. I read my former pastor's blog, and he is trying to lose weight. He puts the new weight up every week. Talk about being accountable. I am very proud of him. Soooo!! I have decided to let you help me stay honest with my diet goals. Tomorrow morning I am going to weigh and record it for all to see.
